Purposes

• Handling information requests about properties and services.
• Managing valuations, sales mandates and off-market requests.
• Sending property alerts when you activate them in your account.
• Meeting legal obligations (anti-money-laundering, invoicing).

Legal basis

Consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), pre-contractual measures (art. 6.1.b) and legal obligations (art. 6.1.c).

Retention

Lead data is kept for a maximum of 3 years from last contact; contractual data for the applicable statutory periods.

Recipients

No data is transferred to third parties except by legal obligation. Technology providers (hosting, email) act as processors under art. 28 GDPR agreements.

Rights

You may exercise access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability rights by writing to hola@inmo.cloudzas.pro. You may also complain to the Spanish DPA (www.aepd.es). Account holders can export or delete their data directly from "My account".
